RARE ADDRESS

Property X-Ray

Understand
a property.

Enter an address and see what official sources say about it — each fact with its source and date, each limitation stated, and everything we could not verify marked as unknown.

What an X-Ray checks

  • Flood. FEMA flood zone at the address point, with the flood map panel and its effective date.
  • Fire. CAL FIRE fire hazard severity zone — in-effect State map and the 2025 recommended local map, labelled as such.
  • Earthquake. Alquist-Priolo fault zones and seismic hazard (liquefaction) zones from the California Geological Survey.
  • Your criteria. How the home measures up against the Property DNA you confirmed.

Not an appraisal, inspection, survey, insurance quote or Natural Hazard Disclosure report. Hazard zones describe mapped hazard, not the risk to a particular home.

Launching in stages. Release 1 — information site. The property-intelligence app is not yet open to the public.
